The Practice

Hospital founder and director, Dr. John Collier Boyd, D.V.M., is a native of southern California and a graduate of the U.C. Davis Veterinary Medical School. Dr. Boyd spent several years in emergency and critical care medicine before opening the Del Mar-Carmel Valley Pacific Petcare hospital in 1992. At Pacific Petcare, we have proudly assembled an unparalleled team of highly trained specialists, nurses and support staff who are committed to staying current on the most recent advances in veterinary medicine.
