Amy Doudera - R.V.T
Primary Responsibilities
Amy is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and works with the veterinarians in providing health and dental care for our clients. It is not unusual to find Amy in the surgery room, monitoring the status of a patient or coming by on her day off to check-in on a patient who is feeling a little lonely. It would be nearly impossible to find someone more committed to caring for our loved ones than Amy.
Experience
"Working with animals is fun, challenging and very rewarding!"
Amy brings strong academic knowledge as well as direct experience to Pacific Petcare. While she may be a little quiet at times, you can be sure that Amy is thinking and working hard to provide the best care possible.
- Bachelors Degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience (UCSD)
- Associate Degree in Animal Health Technology (Mesa College)
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
- Member of the Pacific Petcare team since 1999
Just for Fun
Amy currently spends all of her free time with her recently adopted puppy, Emma. Emma is a remarkable parvo virus survivor and is doing great!
When Amy isn't watching over Emma or one of your family members, you will likely find her walking with friends at lunch or backpacking in the Sierra's.

Setting new standards in boarding, daycare, training, grooming, rehabilitation and veterinary wellness for pets, Dr. Boyd's Airport Pet Resort will be opening this summer, located alongside I-5 at the Old Town Exit.
