Tannah Boyd — Kennel 

Tannah Boyd, kennel technician, has always had a deep passion for animals. She thrives on making a difference for the animals she cares for by providing them with the love and attention they need and deserve.

“I've been in love with all animals since my first memory; I'm pretty confident there was never a time in my life that I didn't have a strong passion for them. When I was about eight years old, I came to the realization that my future would be in animal care, in any shape or form, and that it would feel like I'd be cheating on myself if I didn't go into this work field.”

Experience

Tannah started working at Pacific Petcare as a kennel technician in the summer of 2010. Before being officially hired, she gained years of experience from coming in to help out. She says her earliest memories start at 4-years-old.

“I can remember following my daddy into Pacific Petcare and observing his every move, dreaming that one day I could be exactly like him and help as many dogs as I possibly could. Since then I've gone in and "worked" at Pacific Petcare by giving dogs attention and learning as much as I could. Recently, during the summer of 2010, I started working there as a Kennel Tech., and I've never been happier in my life.”

Just for Fun

“When I'm not spending time with my pets, I love to sing! Music is my obsession and outlet into pure happiness. I also love traveling with my parents to fun places, my favorite being Tavarua, Fiji (also known as my own "Happiest Place On Earth!").”
